Hi, I’m Kelly.
For a long time, I did everything “right.”
I built a successful career as a corporate executive, led marketing and growth at some of the world’s most recognizable companies, and delivered results by every traditional measure of success. On paper, my ROI was clear — growth, scale, shareholder value.
And yet, something felt off.
I wasn’t dissatisfied because I wasn’t capable. I was dissatisfied because while successful in my work — I felt increasingly disconnected from my own values: my family life, community, and the deeper impact I wanted to make in the world. I began to wonder if something was wrong with me for not “fitting in” to Corporate America the way I was supposed to.
At the same time, I knew I wasn’t tending to my roots. My family needed more of me. I needed more presence, more space, and more honesty about what this chapter of life required.
I didn’t know what was next — I just knew this wasn’t it.
Choosing Space Before Answers
Instead of forcing a plan, I chose space.
That decision led my family and me to Costa Rica for the summer — a season spent surfing, living close to nature, being screen-free, and slowing down in ways that felt unfamiliar and necessary. There, surrounded by ocean and rhythm and quiet, I began asking myself different questions:
Who would I be here — or anywhere — if I stopped performing?
What would I naturally do if I trusted myself?
The answers surprised me in their simplicity.
I would spend time in nature with my family.
I would create space for conversation.
And I would talk with entrepreneurs about their businesses — listening, asking questions, offering perspective, and helping them grow.
That work energized me in a way nothing else had for years.
Coming Home, Building Intentionally
When we returned home, I focused first on what mattered most: getting my kids grounded in a new school environment and ensuring they had the support and resources they needed to thrive. That foundation mattered — because sustainable growth, in life or business, always starts with strong roots.
At the same time, I continued listening inward.
I completed the Assured Strategy three-part self-assessment — not expecting it to change much, but curious. What it revealed was a lightbulb moment: I was wired for directive coaching and entrepreneurship. Not because something was “wrong” with me before — but because this is how I’m meant to contribute.
For the first time, my instincts made sense.
Noticing the Pattern
The next phase wasn’t about launching something quickly. It was about noticing.
I began to see a clear pattern: women came to me when they were standing at the edge of creation. When they wanted to launch something new, evolve their work, or step into a founder identity — but needed clarity, confidence, and structure to do it well.
They didn’t need hype.
They didn’t need hustle.
They needed strategy, reflection, and someone who could help them translate vision into reality.
That’s where my work truly came into focus.
Why I Do This Work
My WHY is simple — and deeply personal.
I want to do meaningful work that creates real impact and drives real revenue.
And I want to guide other founders to do the same.
To build businesses that are aligned with who they are and how they want to live.
To create something entirely their own — something they can grow from anywhere.
To build sustainable, generational wealth without sacrificing presence, purpose, or integrity.
This is why Ferraro Growth Partners exists.
This is why I work with women founders at the earliest, most formative stages of creation.
And this is why I believe clarity is the most powerful growth strategy there is.
Because when you tend to your roots — everything else can grow.
