I’m Kelly Ferraro.
I’m a strategic leader, operator, advisor, and coach with more than 20 years of experience across Fortune 50 companies, global agencies, and mission-driven organizations.
I’ve held senior leadership roles at Meta and Whole Foods Market, and earlier in my career at WPP agencies including Ogilvy and Khoros. I’ve led teams, managed nine-figure budgets, built new businesses, and led complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
At Meta, I led a $1B revenue portfolio across 70 agencies and 250+ advertisers, exceeding revenue targets in 15 of 16 quarters. At Whole Foods Market, I led a 22-person media organization and nine-figure budget, contributing to $1.4B in attributable grocery sales.
Today, through Ferraro Growth Partners, I bring that experience to leaders and founders navigating meaningful transitions—helping them think clearly, make decisions, and move forward with intention.
